Warm Forging in recent years in the cold plastic forming the basis of the rapid development of plastic forming a kind of new technology. It is generally believed that the deformation temperature is above room temperature, completely re-crystallization temperature below the temperature range. Forming part of the process of good quality and high precision, but also the  complexity of  forming the  shape  of the parts.
And compared to hot forging, warm forging strong surface oxidation does not occur, the surface quality, dimensional tolerances small, and even direct the work of forming the surface of parts, machined completely eliminate the follow-up, and no flash, save raw materials . While cold forging forming surface can be higher quality and dimensional accuracy, but the cold forging forming of the shape deformation material and parts are more  demanding . Commonly used alloys  for  structural steel,  and  only  in their  carbon  content   of l ess  than  0.45% can be formed using cold forging and forming the shape is limited to simple parts.
